Please join me in supporting the 2026 Run, Walk Roll for Brain Injury!

Celebrate the life and legacy of John Sears by participating in the Run, Walk Roll for Brain Injury on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Tyler State Park. Proceeds will benefit the Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania and Camp Cranium, a camp for children with brain injuries.

John overcame the challenges he faced after suffering a traumatic brain injury in a 1985 bicycling accident, and he was committed to the mission of the Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania. Please support Team Sears by registering for the race and/or contributing to my team. Your contribution will support the Association that made such a difference in John's life and the Camp that provides extraordinary experiences for children with brain injuries. Both organizations rely on the generosity of individuals to help them serve the brain injury community. Your gift will certainly make a difference. Thank you for your participation and support.

Donations made through this page will also support Heads on Straight, a support group for people whose lives have been touched by brain injury.

Heads on Straight meets the first Tuesday of the month from 3:30 - 5 p.m. at St. Mary Rehabilitation Hospital on Newtown-Langhorne Road. Additionally, we meet on the third Tuesday of the month via Zoom. If you'd like to join us, please email Anne Sears sears@biapa.org for the Zoom link.
